After all the hype, is it worth the wait or not?? Here’s a quick review:
Picking up more or less immediately after 2004’s The Bourne Supremacy, the continent-hopping story finds amnesiac man of action Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) continuing to stomp his way down Recovered Memory Lane, this time squaring off against evil Black Ops section chief David Strathairn. Narratively speaking, this is by far the least twisty of the series, which isn’t a bad thing at all, as it allows the filmmakers to devote their attention to generating sheer kinetic force. Returning director Paul Greengrass has scaled back a bit on the blinding editing pace of Supremacy (you can now actually sort of subliminally tell who’s punching whom) while somehow jacking up its nervy, handheld immediacy. Even during its rare moments of downtime, the picture thrums with an unbelievable amount of energy.
Nicole Richie is finally addressing the question everyone has been asking: Is she really pregnant? “Yes I am. We are. I’m almost four months,” she tells ABC News’ Diane Sawyer in a new interview airing on Good Morning America Thursday and on 20/20 Friday. Richie, 25, confirms that the baby’s father is rocker boyfriend Joel Madden, 28, whom she’s been dating since earlier this year. In excerpts provided by ABC, Richie also opens up about her actions on the night of her Dec. 11 DUI arrest, and why members of young Hollywood are suddenly finding themselves in so much trouble with the law. As for her guilty plea in the DUI case last Friday, Richie tells Sawyer: “I have a responsibility and it’s something that I did wrong, and if I could personally apologize to every single person that has lost a loved one from drunk driving I would. And unfortunately I can’t, but this is my way of paying my dues and taking responsibility and being an adult.” Richie was sentenced to four days in jail. She also agreed to serve a three-year probation term, must enroll in an alcohol education program, and pay a fine of $2,048.
When it comes to cars, more exactly his Maybach the Hip-Hop mogul P Diddy is not in the mood for jokes. During his A-list yacht party in St Tropez, Kimberly Stewart had the brilliant idea to take his motor as a joke.
P Diddy failed to see the funny part when his favorite car was missing, P Diddy actually believed his Maybach was stolen and stopped partying to look for it. In the end the rapper figure it out; the car was returned to the rapper Diddy the next morning.
Diddy did not see the funny side at first. He had no idea it was a practical joke. He thought it was stolen. He had his flunkies on a wild goose chase looking all over the place for his car - it’s his baby. Diddy and his minders were stressing out until someone piped up that they had seen Kimberly running off giggling with the keys and a friend in tow.
